When it opened in 1994, Night Safari was unique as the world`s first nighttime wildlife park and has since influenced the creation of nocturnal zoos in other parts of the world. Night Safari features more than 900 animals representing more than 100 species. Visitors board a rubber-tyred tram to see how nocturnal wildlife works in the hours after dark, when their behaviour is noticeably different from that of the day. Key Duties and Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the duties of the ministry`s Data Protection Officer, which may include communicating with stakeholders and relevant authorities, analyzing data and privacy laws and issues, and operational compliance requirements, providing timely updates and reports on legislation and matters related to data and privacy, etc. Perform internal compliance and reconciliation functions based on company policies and processes, best practices, and legal and regulatory requirements. Management and coordination of the Secretary General of the Group. Manage the end-to-end process of the usual contractual agreements, including the preparation, review and support of negotiations and the conclusion of contractual documents with the various parties in all areas of the group`s work, such as purchasing, marketing, sales, human resources, zoology, digital and IT, park operations, etc. Ensure a good record of contracts, files, reports and communications. Other ad hoc tasks may include: ensuring IP protection for new and existing assets on the basis of the existing IP framework and through documentation and advice, and ensuring proper record keeping. Assistance in case of potential and actual disputes through legal support. Ensure alignment of document templates, policies and processes within the group, and create or update these elements as required, while collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Conduct legal and regulatory research on topics such as intellectual property, data protection, competition, anti-corruption, financial regulation, etc. Implementation of special projects such as the creation of general contractors and charitable funds.

Requirements Law degree and professional qualifications in at least one jurisdiction. At least 3 years PQE. Privileged experience in data and privacy and compliance laws, as well as in the management and processing of corporate secretarial files. Be an enthusiastic, dynamic and autonomous team player, and able to work with multiple stakeholders with different needs, especially in an internal context. Have an analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with great attention to detail. Have effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines for fast-paced, high-volume work.
